We respond to emails almost instantly and turn quotes around as quickly as possible, generally the same day if there isn’t a lot of research involved. Many customers get excited about our deliveries, sometimes even more so for our giveaways rather than their finished jobs.” Over the past two years, Linda and her team have utilized various digital and print marketing tools available to them. The District Court ruled that Theorem Inc was likely to prevail in its trademark infringement claims against Citrusbyte, and therefore, issued a Preliminary Injunction requiring Citrusbyte to cease its use of the Theorem name pending final resolution of the litigation. The granting of this Motion for Preliminary Injunction by the United States District Court was the first step to permanently eliminating market-wide and end-user confusion within the industry in connection with Citrusbyte’s use of Theorem Inc's registered trademarks.
