Ergo21 Announces Drive in Comfort Seat Cushion Combo for Long Drives New, No Compromise Seat Cushions are Made in the USA and Protect Against "Butt Burn”

Ergo21 today announced its new custom-made seat cushion combo and is now available and ready to ship. The seat uses LiquiCell technology to reduce hot spots and improve blood flow. The secret ingredient is the LiquiCell Membrane on top of an open cell foam and covered by a soft fabric." explains Steve Gambhir, designer, and product specialist at Ergo21.

Ergo21 tested many cushions and lumbar support cushions and found most people were not happy with their seats. "We researched and evaluated the most popular brands and discovered they used molded foam, which is approximately 30% cheaper to manufacture since it simply requires some sewing. The trade-off is that it's closed-pore foam and it feels hard when you ride," said Gambhir.





Ergo21 sourced a custom density open cell foam from a local USA foundry designed to absorb road vibrations while not feeling hard on sitting bones. Custom made LiquiCell Membrane is then placed on top to protect sensitive skin tissues from breaking down while optimizing blood flow. "The biggest challenge we had since the foam was not molded is that it needed special manual stitching. After several months of trying different stitching methods, we finally were able to come out with what we consider the Best Seat Cushion out there! Better than a Gel seat cushion or Foam seat cushion" said Gambhir.







The Cushion Combo consists of Ergo21 Original Seat Cushion with FREE Ergo21 Travel cushion to sit on and Ergo21 Lumbar Cushion with FREE Lumbar Roll for supporting the spine. Explains Steve Gambhir – All the cushions have the same LiquiCell Blood Flow Technology membranes. The Ergo21 Original Cushion is 2 inches thick and works well in cars that do not have good cushioning while the Ergo21 Travel is only one inch thick and works in cars that have good cushioning and is great for taller individuals as it does not add much height.



We also have the Ergo21 Travel Lite which has just the 4 LiquiCell membranes with no foam that works best on luxury cars that have cushy seats but one still feels the pressure on drives longer than 10 minutes.
