LIXIL Taps Industry Veteran Kelly Safis as First Female Executive to Lead Sales in Americas

Safis is the first female executive to hold this position at LIXIL Americas; this leadership hire continues the company’s commitment to achieving gender equality and supporting employee empowerment through equity and workplace changes. “I am thrilled to welcome Kelly to the LIXIL family. She most recently held the position of General Manager, Builder Sales and Operation at Whirlpool. In her new role at LIXIL, Safis will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and implementation of LIXIL’s refreshed go-to-market strategy in the United States and Canada.
